On Tuesday, May 7 at 6:30 pm Donna Green, FCS Educator from Ohio State University Extension returns to present on what comprises a healthy diet. We will look at historical changes in food recommendations over the years. You will learn how too much or too little of specific foods can affect your risk for chronic disease. We will also review some of the fad diets currently being featured in the news. There will be demonstrations and tastings on two food items. Registration required here.
