We invite you to join us for a panel discussion to learn more about Missing Persons, Amber Alerts, Hope and Resiliency on May 1, 2019 from 6:30 – 8:00.  The program panel will include Newburgh Heights Police Chief John Majoy,  Chris Minek from Cuyahoga Emergency Communications System (CECOMS), survivor Gina DeJesus, and her aunt Sylvia Colon.  Throughout the presentations the audience will learn more about how Amber Alerts work and what the requirements are for issuing an Amber Alert and then they will have the opportunity to hear about Gina DeJesus’ new organization – The Cleveland Family Center for Missing Children and Adults (clevelandmissing.com), as well as the trauma she and her family experienced during her days being held captive.  There will also be time for Q&A.
