Local kids can start sending their letters to Santa early. Drop off locations with mailboxes include Shawnee, The Woodlands and the Library. Letters will be delivered directly to the North Pole and Santa will be sending letters back in response. Be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope with your drop off.

Every night in the U.S., 600,000 people live on the streets. Our very own Teen Leadership Corp class is participated in a nationwide fundraiser, known as SOCK-TOBER, to collect NEW packaged socks for the less fortunate. Giving something as simple as a pair of socks can change someone's day.
October 22 - 26 is National School Bus Safety Week. Throughout the week, troopers will be highly visible in and around school zones and following buses on their daily routes. Troopers may be found riding on school buses looking for motorists passing stopped school buses.
The Green Apple initiative continues to support an energy conservation mindset for all students and staff. Developing energy consumption habits that will positively impact the environment!

We're accepting STUDENT VOLUNTEERS for the Pumpkin Festival (must be in 7th grade or older). Volunteers help with children games and pumpkin painting.
